Butlers have been servicing the needs of the people of Australia for 120 years and in that time we have developed a reputation for quality, which is second to none.

Butlers wholesale/retail showroom is located at Unley South Australia.

We have been fixing Dolls, and sharpening scissors for over 100 years. The Adelaide Dolls Hospital grew out of the development of an adhesive called ?Tower Cement? which although designed to repair crockery, was discovered to be perfect for repairs to porcelain dolls. The Adelaide Doll Hospital still proudly continues to provide a quality doll-repair and sharpening service.

The evolution of the wholesale side of the business grew out of a growing need to be self-sufficient in doll wigs and spare parts for the doll hospital, and has evolved to include doll and teddy products as well as dollhouses and every accessory you can think of. Our motivation as always, is providing our customers with the best products we can find at the best price, and we do this by purchasing in large quantities direct from the manufacturers, rather than purchasing through agencies.

Butlers still operates as a family business, and has been under my stewardship for the past 22 years. My wife Marie holds the position of Retail Manager, my daughter Vicki Fox is extremely skilled as an import negotiator and her husband Rob manages the service department. We take pride in the fact that Adelaide?s grandparents continue to recommend us to their grandchildren.

FREIGHT ? AUSTRALIA

All parcels are delivered via Australia Post - we have a contract rate with the Post, thus keeping delivery costs very low. We pack parcels usually within 24 hours, and the usual delivery time is 10 days max (usually ½ this time).

As freight is controlled by volume, this can create excessive variances in some orders (EG Large wire furniture) ? additional charges may apply. Advice will be automatic via email.

FREIGHT ? INTERNATIONAL

International rates are based on the weight of your order ? so advice re freight details will be automatic via email.
